The KOLON Group runs Foundation Flower and Young Prince to provide scholarships, support for research activities, educational equipment and devices, and other education-related support activities in an effort to encourage children's dreams.

We are also engaged in activities to make the world a
better place for children to live in, including social events designed to encourage 'love-thy-neighbor' activities,
providing financial support for children (4th~6th graders) from less privileged households, and inviting these
groups to attend the KOLON-sponsored Children's
Dream Camp.

Five hundred employees' wives run the KOLON Family Social Service Corps. The Corps established in June
2000 is carrying out social contribution activities in a
total of twelve institutions for the handicapped or senior citizens and daycare centers.

The Company holds festivals at the KOLON Tower in Gwacheon on Saturday evenings from June through to September, inviting local residents to join singing, dancing, mime or the playing of instruments. In September
2004, the Gwacheon City Council presented the Company with a plaque of appreciation for the event. In March 2005, the Korean Business Council for the Arts selected the Company as an exemplar business that provides
cultural and art opportunities to the people.

KOLON INDUSTRIES is engaged in a wide variety of
company-wide activities for environmental protection and social contribution. Under the motto "Let's provide love and dreams to people through natural conservation," all our employees carry out clean-up activities for mountains near their workplaces twice a year and encourage mountain climbers to join in nature protection activities. All facilities of the Company are also engaged in monthly activities to clean nearby streams, while continuing to plant trees, as part of the effort to foster a clean environment.

KOLON INDUSTRIES is engaged in positive social
contribution activities, including provision of scholarships to youths from less privileged families. Employees
participate in voluntary activities for provision of support for facilities for children without someone to take care of them and less privileged households in their area.
"Nanumhoi" at the Ulsan Plant and Boramhoi/Love-Thy-Neighbor Association at the Gimcheon Plant are associations of such employees.
